Ten criteria for Five-Stars
Out of every Canadian insurer, brokers voted for those that best exemplified the following qualities:
- Overall service level
- Product innovation
- Claims processing
- Quick quotes
- Broker communication
- Competitive rates
- Range of products
- Online platforms and service
- Underwriting expertise
- Appetite for niche and emerging risks
Carriers who managed to achieve a score of 80 per cent or greater in a category were awarded 5 Stars in recognition of being outstanding.
