Toronto, June 12, 2026 — Northbridge Insurance has announced a new three-year partnership with the Senior Living CaRES Fund to support workforce development and emerging leadership in Canada’s senior living sector.
Through this partnership Northbridge Insurance will serve as a Visionary Sponsor of the Senior Living CaRES Fund, providing $100,000 to support the Champions of Senior Living Bursary Program. This bursary program helps reduce financial barriers for individuals pursuing careers in senior living and, in doing so, supports quality and sustainability of care for seniors today and in the future.
This partnership reflects a commitment between Northbridge and the Senior Living CaRES Fund to support communities by investing in the people who deliver care. The collaboration aims to create meaningful and measurable impact across the senior living sector by advancing education, leadership development, and workforce sustainability.

Northbridge will further support bursary recipients by providing engagement opportunities, leading awareness-building initiatives such as Long Term Care Day on June 13th, and organizing sector events, reinforcing a long-term, purpose-driven partnership focused on workforce attraction and retention.
